Academic
writing is one of the foundations on which our studies are based. During your
course of University Studies, you will come across 4 major types of Academic
Writing:
- Descriptive
- Analytical
- Persuasive
- Critical
Descriptive writing:
The simplest form of academic
writing is descriptive. Descriptive writing is a completely theory-based form
of writing that involves an essay form of writing where the student/researcher
describes the topic with the help of research conducted and summarizes the
inputs.

What is marketing?
Marketing is a complex process
having various dynamics running inside that allows organizations to sustain themselves in
the competitive world. Marketing is an inseparable part of an organization or
business however the face of marketing has always been undergoing small or big
changes.
In modern
times, global competitiveness prevails and in order to sustain the global
extensive pressure of competition, it is imperative that organizations go
beyond the conventional norms of marketing and advertising. In order to reach a
level of competitive advantage, organizations are more and more relying on
digital marketing strategies and digital marketing channels.
Analytical writing:
Analytical writing is the second type of academic writing that involves analyzing the topic of research, making the examination of data, analyzing the facts, and then reaching results. For Example- Literature review, and reports.

To attain the aim of the study, which is to understand how goal setting is designed and used to manage control to seek enhanced performance and facilitate a better understanding of the relationship between AI and human capital; the current study will be based on the analysis of both primary and secondary data. The secondary data obtained through qualitative analysis of the past literature will be used to guide the current study. While the primary data will be used to quantitatively obtain data from 1000 startups. The data will focus on achieving comparative knowledge of the accuracy % of predictions made by humans, AI, and humans-AI collaboration.
Persuasive writing:
In this form of writing, details of the research topic are searched, studied and opinions are formed based on the review. Here, convincing the reader as per the evaluation or debate works. Editorials, speeches, advertisements, and magazine articles are persuasive forms of writing.

Critical writing:
This form is an advanced form of writing majorly used in the master, and scholar levels. Here, debate or argument is established and as per personal evaluation, the agreement or disagreement is concluded. Theses and dissertations are examples of critical writing.

research is to study the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) towards customer
satisfaction and organizational performance within the Telecom industry of
India. Other objectives of this research are:
- To understand the role of TQM on stakeholders’ satisfaction with selected Telecom companies in India.
